- Custom Island Tours can last anywhere between 4-8 hours. Duration depends on number of stops, passenger requests, and how long you spend at each stop. As per the FAQ, you can buy extra time at $60 per hour, past the 8 hours.
- Start any time between 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., we recommend 8:30 am to get ahead of the 9 am crowd.

Don’t worry about entering it all now. When your driver picks you up, he will ask to go over the plan for the day together with you.
Unless it’s something out of the ordinary, or something that requires tickets or reservations in advance, your driver will be able to handle any same-day requests.
When you book your tour on our webpage, you’ll be able to select your start-time in 30-minute increments. We suggest a start time of 8:30am, to get ahead of the 9:00am crowd of buses.

Enter your hotel or pick-up location and your driver will pick you up right from the valet area of your hotel, except for the Sheraton Wakiki or Hilton Hawaiian Village which have another specific location.
Also let us know the ages of any kids that require car seats, infant seats, or booster seats.
Yes, we can pick you and your luggage up from the cruise ship, and we can drop you off at the airport. We are discontinuing airport pick-ups.
Yes, we can take you to Pearl Harbor, but we’ve given up on trying to get tickets, so you can get them for $1.50 from the government website, or you can get in from the stand-by line.
